Infusion: infuse 0,8 to 1,5g of dry flowers in 150ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink up to 3 times a day, or when going to bed, to fight insomnia

Lemon Balm

Variety: Melissa officinalis

Lemon Balm is know from antique Greece and used for its action against stress, insomnia and overexertion. It has antispasmodic, antiviral, digestive properties, and is efficient against anxiety. It is used to treat nervous troubles, intestinal and gastric issues.

Rose Hips

Variety: Rosa canina

The small red pod full of seeds has exceptional properties: so many essential nutrients in so big quantity!

Rich in antioxydant vitamins (A, C, E), in minerals an micro-nutrients (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulphur, zinc, iron). Depending on the species, contained vitamin C can range from 500 to 5000mg per 100g, i.e. 10 to 100 times more than agrumes! Rose hips also contain essential fatty acid (omega 3 and 6).

Ideal for the family. Also stimulates immunity and protects skin, nails and hair.

Rosemary

Fatigue, weakness, digestive and hepatic troubles, respiratory infections (ears, nose et throat), headaches

Infusion. Infuse for 10 minutes, 1 to 2 g of dry rosemary in 150 ml of boiling water; drink 2 to 3 cups per day.

Sage

Variety: Salvia officinalis

Pharaos used it already as food and medicine. Contains antioxydants rosmarinic acid, which contribute to its neuro-protective and anti-inflammatory action. Functional digestive troubles, excessive perspiration.
Dry leaves : Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes 1 to 3 g in 150 ml of boiling water. Drink 3 times a day.

Inflammation of gums, mouth nose and pharynx mucosa: gargle or apply infusion onto the inflammed parts : 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of water or 5 ml of liquid extract in 100 ml of water, 3 times a day. It is also possible to use this infusion where dental prostetics cause gum pain.

Thyme

Variety: Thymus vulgaris

Originating from the mediterranean basin, thyme is famous since thousands of years for its culinary, cosmetic and medicinal virtues. Today still, it is used to treat coughing caused by bronchitis, pertussis and superior respiratory tracts inflammation. It relieves digestive and gastrointestinal.

Respiratory tract inflammation: Infuse 1 to 2 g of dry plant into 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink several cups a day.

Dental plaque, stomatitis, halitosis, laryngitis et tonsillitis: mouthwash or gargles. Infuse 5 g of dry plant in 100 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Wash or gargle with cooled and filtered preparation 2 to 3 times a day. It is also possible to dilute a few drops of liquid extract in water.

Clear out the respiratory tract: 2 spoons of thyme in a bowl of boiling water. Cover your head with a sheet, bend your head over the bowl and breath slowly. A few minutes is enough. Thyme, like eucalyptus, contains terpens which have an expectorant effect.
